Minerals Reporting Australia LTD (MRA) is a not-for-profit member based organisation established as a public company limited by guarantee (ABN: 64 685 761 924). 

MRA strives to advance the quality, integrity, and competency of minerals reporting, thereby enhancing transparency, investor confidence, and regulatory compliance across the minerals industry.

The objectives of the organisation are to:

a) Elevate industry standards in minerals reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and integrity in public reporting for the benefit of investors, regulators, and stakeholders.

b) Advance competency, transparency, and integrity in minerals reporting through professional standards and peer accountability.

c) Advocate for the refinement of reporting codes to meet the needs of junior explorers, small and mid-cap mining companies, and other stakeholders.

d) Engage with regulators (including ASX, ASIC, and international reporting bodies) and collaborate with industry associations to enhance reporting standards and regulatory alignment.

e) Support the development of education and professional development pathways for emerging and current minerals reporting professionals
