Engineering Function

Engineering Function is currently an engineering function at Minerva Analytics. Prior to this, they were a participant in the Halite III Coding Challenge where they ranked in the top 5% of participants with Python. They also have previous experience working as a Mechanical Sales Engineering Co-op at Star Rapid where they applied natural language processing to determine if job titles were predictive of order placement and leveraged Python to visualize complex data plots. As a Salesforce CRM Admin, they were responsible for building database infrastructure, process flows, and automation. As a Pardot Admin, they were responsible for automation, data quality, and segmentation. They also implemented the marketing automation platform Pardot by setting up prospect scoring, client profiles, and rule triggers for handoff process to Sales.

Engineering Function works with Media Brands Function - Media Brands Function, Product Management Function - Product Management Function, and Design Function - Design Function. A direct report to Engineering Function is and John Savino - Manager of Software Engineering. Engineering Function reports to Product Org, Head of Product.
