Hammon Dutra

Hammon Dutra is an accomplished individual with extensive experience in educational initiatives and leadership. Currently a mentee in the BRASA Pré Graduação Américas program, Dutra is dedicated to supporting low-income Brazilian students in their university application processes. As the founder and president of Projeto Mindshift, a program aimed at aligning academic and professional aspirations through mentorship, Dutra has developed a comprehensive approach to educational opportunities. Additionally, as the founder and content creator for Leadership in Action, Dutra produces content to foster networking among young leaders. With over 4,000 hours invested in teaching English at Magicenter International Communication, Dutra has created a unique English learning method. Academic pursuits include participation in simulation programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard and Yale, in addition to completing courses in entrepreneurship and data science.
