Founded by Elaine Grogan Luttrull in 2009, Minerva Financial Arts is a professional coaching and consulting firm to help artists and arts organizations build business savvy.  Minerva's work primarily focuses on coaching, consulting, and education through live workshops, publications, and online resources.  

Hosts for live financial seminars and master classes include the Kennedy Center’s DeVos Institute of Arts Management, the Foundation Center, the Arts & Business Council of New York, Americans for the Arts, the Ohio Art League, the Hired Guns, the Juilliard School, the College Art Association, Playwrights of New York, and the Lark Play Development Center.
