Andreas Kjaer

Andreas Kjaer is a Professor and chief physician at Rigshospitalet and the University of Copenhagen, holding MD, PhD, DMSc, and MBA degrees. They have extensive expertise in biomedical research, medical imaging, and clinical medicine, and have co-founded multiple biotech companies. Currently, Andreas serves on several boards, including the Executive Committee of SPARC Europe and the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. With a background that includes being a founding editor-in-chief at Diagnostics and an ERC advanced grantee, they specialize in imaging technologies related to oncology and cardiovascular disease.
