Corene Strauss

Corene Strauss GAICD is an experienced leader in the non-profit sector with a strong background in management and communications. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Invictus Australia since June 2024 and as a Mentor for Minerva Network since August 2021, Corene previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Australian Disability Network from July 2021 to January 2025, and at Special Olympics Australia from February 2016 to June 2021. Corene has also led the Men of League Foundation as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to January 2016, and served as National Marketing Manager for Legacy Australia from 2006 to 2013. Earlier roles include Head of Communications at Tribeca from 2005 to 2006, Associate Director at the Australian Graduate School of Management from 2001 to 2004, and Marketing Manager at UNSW from 1998 to 2001. Corene holds a Master's degree in Business and Technology from UNSW and is a graduate of the Company Directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
