Minerva Partners is an independent strategic advisory and multi-client family office platform serving entrepreneurs, families, investors and businesses facing complex decisions, extraordinary transactions or ambitious growth plans.

We act as a single point of coordination between clients, capital and specialist expertise, bringing together M&A, corporate finance, wealth management, real estate, energy, strategy, technology and professional services. Our approach begins with the client’s objectives, considers the wider personal, financial and industrial context, and translates this into a coordinated course of action.

Minerva Partners advises companies and shareholders on disposals and acquisitions, capital raising, business development, valuations, industrial partnerships, club deals and investments in private and real assets. For families and investors, we provide independent oversight of wealth, with a long-term focus on preservation, enhancement and continuity across generations.

The platform is built around a federated model: a central hub supported by a carefully selected network of Partners, Advisers and Friends, each operating within clearly defined roles and governance standards. This allows us to assemble the most relevant expertise for each assignment while maintaining a single strategic direction, transparent accountability and full alignment of interests.

Minerva Partners’ distinctive strength lies in its ability to connect information, relationships and opportunities that are often considered in isolation. We look beyond the immediate brief to identify what may create value before it becomes apparent: synergies, strategic transactions, access to investors, asset enhancement, new growth avenues and cross-border solutions.

Drawing on experience across investment banking, private banking, wealth management, strategy consulting and private markets, Minerva Partners combines institutional discipline with speed of execution and an entrepreneurial mindset
