Akilan Krishnan

Akilan Krishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. AKILAN started their career as a Sr.Field Application Engineer at MACOM in 2008 and worked in that role until 2011. AKILAN then held the position of Regional Application Manager at MACOM, where they were responsible for Design WIN activities across India and developed a new RF Lab and FAE team. From 2015 to 2015, Akilan served as a Regional Sales Manager at MACOM, where they planned strategies for key account growth and achieved YoY revenue improvement. AKILAN was later promoted to the role of Business Development Manager- RF & Wireless Solution Sales at MACOM, where they were responsible for business development and new product development for the Indian market. In 2017, Akilan joined Microsemi Corporation as a District Sales Manager and transitioned to a new role as a Country Sales Manager at MACOM in 2018, where they served until 2023. Currently, Akilan is working as a Regional Sales Director at Mini-Circuits.

Akilan Krishnan completed their executive general management program in 2017 at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Prior to that, they attended Bharathiar University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Instrumentation.
