Kai Lo has a wealth of experience in finance and operations, spanning over two decades. Kai began their career as a Financial Analyst at DePuy AcroMed, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary. Kai then went on to work at Saltmine as a Corporate Controller before joining Medtronic as a Sr. Finance Manager and Division Controller. At Medtronic, they successfully executed a strategic technology acquisition and achieved significant improvements in inventory accuracy and scrap expense. Later, they joined Osteotech as the VP of Finance, Strategic and Business Planning. In this role, they played a key role in executing a multi-year turnaround strategy and delivering a valuation premium for shareholders. Kai also served as the VP of Finance, Domestic Operations at Osteotech, where they implemented a product cost system and drove profitable growth. After their time at Osteotech, Kai Lo took on the role of Senior Director and Site Leader at Medtronic Spine & Biologics, where they oversaw the company's New Jersey Biologics business unit and achieved significant revenue growth. Kai currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Mini-Circuits.
Kai Lo holds an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which was obtained from 1991 to 1993. From 1996 to 2001, Kai pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from Cleveland State University. Prior to that, Kai completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Finance at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1986 to 1991. Additionally, in June 2012, Kai obtained the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ASQ.
