Mark Dvorak has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark has held various roles in different companies.
In 1984, Mark began their career in the US Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, serving for a period of 10 years.
After leaving the Navy, they joined the University of South Australia as a Research and Program Manager from 1994 to 1997.
Mark then worked at Aerojet as an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and utilizing rocket engine test and control systems. Mark also managed rocket engine test personnel during their time there.
In 2000, Mark moved to Powerwave Technologies, where they served as a Senior Program Manager. Mark had extensive international technical sales experience and was the primary customer interface for multiple base station amplifier development programs.
From 2007 to 2015, Mark worked at Heraeus, initially hired as a Global Account Manager for a significant account in their precious metals based data storage business. Within a year, they were promoted to the position of Director of Worldwide Sales. In this role, they successfully diversified the customer base and product portfolio to restore profitability to an unprofitable business unit.
Mark then joined Visicon Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Business Development in 2015. Mark held this position until 2016, when they moved to Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. as a Business Development Manager.
Most recently, Mark has been working at Mini-Circuits since 2017. Mark began as a Regional Sales Director and later assumed the role of Vice President, North America Sales as of July 2021.
