Michael Hogan

Michael Hogan has a diverse work experience in supply chain and procurement. Michael is currently working as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Mini-Circuits, where they are responsible for managing key supplier relationships and facilitating cross-functional team discussions.

Prior to that, Michael worked at L3Harris Technologies for five years. Michael started as a Procurement Specialist in the Narda-MITEQ division, where they participated in a supply chain graduate program and gained experience in procuring mechanical parts, cable assemblies, and electronic components. Michael also spent six weeks at the sister division Communications Systems-West, working in the Procurement Compliance group. Later, they were promoted to Senior Procurement Specialist, where they managed multiple responsibilities within the supply chain function, including supplier quality, metric analytics, and supplier management for mechanical fabrication and assembly.

Before joining L3Harris Technologies, Michael worked at OSRAM as a Logistics Specialist. Michael'sresponsibilities included tracking inbound deliveries, analyzing supply chain data using SAP, and recommending process improvements. Michael also handled logistics for the company's yearly promotional product.

Michael's early work experience includes a role as an Impact Team Member at Acosta Sales & Marketing, where they traveled to various supermarkets to complete tasks and projects efficiently. Michael also interned at Acosta Sales & Marketing the previous year.

Michael Hogan attended Syracuse University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain Management and Finance from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
