Randall Sowder

Director Compensation at Mini-Circuits

Randall Sowder has over 24 years of work experience in various compensation and performance management roles. Randall started their career at Anderson Consulting (Accenture) as a Compensation Specialist from 1997 to 1999. Randall then joined PwC Consulting as a Compensation Program Manager from 1999 to 2002.

In 2002, Randall joined IBM and held multiple roles, including Global Compensation Manager, Human Resource Consultant, Compensation Program Manager for the Corporate Compensation Consultant, and Team Lead for the Salary Strategy Design for the Consulting Services Business Unit. Randall worked at IBM until 2007.

From 2007 to 2009, Randall served as the Global Compensation Manager at Nokia, where they led employee compensation activities, streamlined global market intelligence processes, and reduced inefficiencies and costs.

Randall then joined ConEdison Solutions in 2009 as the Manager of Compensation and Performance Management, responsible for managing compensation programs.

In 2015, Randall moved to Con Edison Development as a Program Manager, leading the development and deployment of the Remote Operations Center (ROC) for the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses asset management team.

From 2017 to 2021, Randall worked at Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses as the Director of Compensation and Performance Management. In this role, they led all employee and executive compensation activities, presented compensation plan changes to the board of directors, and managed multiple compensation plans.

Most recently, Randall joined Mini-Circuits in 2022 as the Director of Compensation.

Randall Sowder attended University High School, although no specific dates for their attendance at the school are provided. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1983 to 1987. It is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time. Subsequently, Randall attended California State University, Los Angeles from 1990 to 1994, where they earned their MA in Psychology. Lastly, they studied at The New School from 1994 to 1998, completing another MA in Psychology.
