Director Of Finance at Mini-Circuits

Steeven Mallet has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Steeven started their career at Clarins Group - Essence Corp in 2005, where they served as a Financial Assistant, assisting the financial manager with various tasks. Steeven then became a Jr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where they designed and implemented a new reporting system and monitored monthly operating results. In 2008, they were promoted to Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis / Financial Controller, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and sales analysis for the sales team and top management.

In 2013, Mallet joined Clarins USA as a Sr. Accounting Manager, where they contributed to financial management. In 2014, they moved on to Assouline Publishing as the Financial Director, responsible for forecasting and consolidating financials for multiple entities, presenting budgets to the CEO, and implementing a new ERP platform.

Most recently, Mallet has been working at Mini-Circuits since 2015. Steeven initially held the position of Business Unit Controller, where they prepared and presented financial analysis, partnered with accounting for quarterly reports, and presented sales analysis to top management. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Finance and continues to excel in this role.

Throughout their career, Mallet has demonstrated strong financial expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Steeven Mallet began their education in 2002 at Ecole de technicien supérieur, where they pursued an Associate Degree in Trade Marketing. Steeven completed this degree in 2003. Following that, from 2003 to 2005, they attended Paris School of Business and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business administration with a Major in Finance & Marketing.
