Holger Hampf

Holger Hampf is an accomplished design professional currently serving as Head of MINI Design at Mini Cooper since October 2024. Previously, Holger held the position of President at Designworks, a BMW Group Company, from October 2017 to October 2024, where a focus on innovative design and strategic direction was emphasized. Holger's experience also includes serving as Head of User Experience at BMW Group from November 2014 to October 2017, Executive Creative Director at frog design in Munich from February 2011 to October 2014, and Director of Product Design at BMW Group DesignworksUSA between April 1999 and December 2010. Earlier career roles included designer positions at Marius Schreyer Design and Studio Ambrozus. Holger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Bergische Universität Wuppertal between 1988 and 1993.
