Martin Robinson

Martin Robinson is a seasoned writer and editor with extensive experience in publishing. They began their career at Maxim Magazine, where they progressed from Picture Assistant to Features Editor between 2001 and 2005. Robinson then served as Deputy Editor at NME from 2009 to 2011 and later became the Editor of ShortList magazine, leading the editorial vision from 2011 to 2016. They are currently the Head of Culture at The Standard and the Founder and Editor of The Book Of Man, a role they have held since 2018. Robinson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Film and English Studies from the University of East Anglia.
