Garrett Olson

Garrett Olson is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Miniat Holdings LLC, Olson has previously held key positions at Tyson Foods, including CFO and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Prepared Foods Segment, as well as interim CFO for that segment. Olson also acted as Finance Director for notable brands under Hillshire Brands and Sara Lee Corporation. Additionally, Olson contributes as an External Board Member and Shore Capital Operating Partner for Sweetmore Bakeries. Educational credentials include an MBA in finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completion of the Senior Leadership Accelerator Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
