Shane Egan is currently the Group Technical Director at Minicam Group, a Halma Company, where they focus on programming embedded software and server applications. Previously, Shane held various positions at Minicam, including Engineering Team Lead and R&D Software Engineer. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Electronics Engineer at 360 Telemetry Ltd, where they developed complete hardware/software solutions and collaborated closely with clients to enhance system efficiency. Shane earned a BEng (Hons) in Electronics Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire with first-class honors.
