Travis Ruff has extensive experience in operations and logistics management. Travis is currently working as the VP of Operations at Minim, where they have contributed to a significant inventory reduction plan and oversees a diverse operations team. Prior to Minim, they served as the VP of Production and Logistics at Savvi, where they collaborated with operational leadership and developed budgets for warehouse operations.
Before that, Travis held the position of Director of Operations at Ubiquiti Networks, where they led a team and managed daily e-commerce, shipping, and inventory processes. Travis also established the first internal warehouse and distribution network in the US.
In addition, Travis served as the VP of Operations at Xceed Solutions, where they coordinated inbound and outbound logistics and successfully introduced innovative systems and performance indicators. Travis also worked as the Quality Assurance/Compliance Manager at Signature Products Group, where they managed product acquisition and marketing and implemented a testing program.
Travis's earlier experience includes roles at Ensign Group International, where they served as the Director of Operations, Director of China Operations, Shipping Manager, and Warehouse Manager. In these positions, they implemented strategies to improve logistics, established standard operating procedures, streamlined purchasing processes, and managed warehouse inventory and shipping activities.
Travis Ruff's education history starts with their high school education at Lone Peak High School, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Travis then pursued further studies at Utah State University from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in General Studies. Travis continued their education at Utah Valley University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
In addition to their formal education, Travis Ruff also gained certification in Product Safety Training from Intertek in June 2014.
