Minimá is a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Dublin 2, founded by Ayca and Cristina and created for women who want movement to feel empowering, uplifting, and beautifully intentional.

Our studio blends mindful Pilates with a bright, minimalist aesthetic — antique mirrors, soft light, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that helps you switch off the moment you walk in. We specialise in beginner‑friendly Reformer Pilates and dynamic strength‑focused classes, all offered in a semi‑private format so every client gets personal attention, support, and space to grow.

Minimá is built on the belief that movement should feel good, build confidence, and create sustainable change. More than a workout, it’s a warm, encouraging community where women feel strong, connected, and inspired in their bodies.
