Manish Rathi is a target-driven techno-commercial professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Business Development at MiniMines, where they focus on supporting the industry in achieving circularity in energy storage. Previously, Manish held significant roles at Johnson Matthey, leading application engineering and R&D efforts that resulted in a 95% reduction in emissions for Indian Truck OEMs. They gained extensive experience in market analysis and strategic insights at Log9 Materials and contributed to product development at SUN Mobility. Manish holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where their research focused on electrochemical processes.
