Shaida Miranda

Shaida Miranda is a mining engineer with a BSc and MSc, holding the title of MAusIMM (CP). They specialize in mine planning, economic evaluation, and women's empowerment within the mining industry. Shaida has extensive experience leading project teams and optimizing mining operations, having worked with notable companies like STRACON GyM, Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A., and Mining Plus. They have also served as a part-time professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and have contributed to various mining projects, enhancing efficiency and strategic planning. Currently, Shaida continues to engage in consulting and education while advocating for diversity and inclusion in the field.
