Albert Blom is a metallurgical engineer and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in the mining sector, including site operations, corporate leadership, and technology advisory roles. Currently, they serve as the Lead Metallurgical Engineer at Mining3, where they advise on best practices in mineral processing and lead efforts to secure funding for advancements in the critical minerals industry in Australia. Previously, Albert held various positions at Anglo American, contributing to project management and operations management in large-scale platinum and coal processing initiatives.
