Helen Degeling

Helen Degeling currently serves as the Technical Director of Geoscience and Sustainability at Mining3 since May 2025. Prior to this role, Helen was the Manager of ReMine Plus at Cobalt Blue Holdings, focusing on opportunity generation for battery metals in mine waste from April 2023 to May 2025. Helen has also held significant positions such as Director of Minerals Geoscience at the Geological Survey of Queensland from November 2018 to April 2023, Exploration Manager at Alt Resources Limited from July 2014 to November 2018, and Geological Consultant at HD Geological Services from September 2012 to November 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Exploration Geologist at CST Minerals, Senior Geologist at MM Mining, Consulting at SRK Consulting, and Exploration Geologist/Mine Geologist at Range River Gold. Helen holds a PhD in Geochemistry from The Australian National University and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of Sydney.
