Our CEO, Ioana Mucenic, had developed a unique methodology, that allows us to constantly take a new approach towards briefs and opportunities. This tool allows us to ask better questions, see the black spots and close the gap between consumers and marketeers, by identifying trends and micro trends. 

What about our team?
Some of us have 25 years in advertising. Some of us just one. But, most of us, have 8 years of work  experience. What connects us is our passion for advertising. We could not work anywhere else, because we love clients, brands and consumers. And we want to offer them the best there is. This is how we are fulfilled: By making an impact in the world of brands and consumers. 

Ah... and a fun fact. 
Our name is inspired by Minions - the movie. Where are three elements that inspired us: the loyalty of the Minions for Gru (and his care for them), their big dreams (like stealing the moon) and their global success (like ours, one day). It's about starting small and thinking big, about teamwork and about doing the impossible to achieve your goals.
