Agnes Berrena

Agnes Berrena has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Agnes began their career in 2003 as a Communications Coordinator at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, where they supervised media materials and assisted in organizing press conferences and events. Agnes then worked as a Legal Secretary at Brunenkant & Cross, LLP, where they maintained filing systems and drafted and finalized correspondence.

In 2006, Agnes joined Optical Image Technology as a Professional Services employee, creating Sales Pipeline Reports and negotiating statements of work. Agnes later transitioned to Minitab in 2008, starting as a Senior Business Operations Specialist and maintaining global processes and department SharePoint sites.

At Minitab, they then took on the role of Sales Systems Analyst, troubleshooting and maintaining the Dynamics CRM system and providing reports and analysis to customer-facing groups. Later, Agnes became a Legal Projects Manager at Minitab, where they created and supported the maintenance of contracts, facilitated internal training, and assessed emerging regulatory issues.

Most recently, Agnes serves as a Project Manager for Data Protection & Privacy at Minitab, coordinating activities to support compliance matters, creating and managing policies and processes, and handling internal and external communication on data privacy and compliance.

Agnes Berrena completed their Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications & Marketing at Lycoming College from 1999 to 2003.
