Andy Arndt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy began their career at South Hills School of Business & Technology in 1997 as the Department Head of Computer Information Systems. In this role, they held the position for seven years until 2004.
Afterwards, Andy joined Minitab in 2004, where they assumed the role of Database Developer II. Over the years, they progressed through various positions, including Sr Database Developer, Staff Database Developer, and Sr Staff Database Developer. In these roles, they were responsible for designing, developing, and managing databases.
In 2015, Andy transitioned to the role of Advisory Application Engineer at Minitab, where they solved business problems using different technologies, gathered requirements, and implemented solutions. Andy held this role for two years until 2017.
From 2017 to 2022, Andy served as the CRM Solutions Architect at Minitab. In this role, they met with stakeholders to gather requirements, designed and implemented solutions, and managed complex integrations with other information systems.
Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives and improve efficiencies.
