Donna Wagner

Donna Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Donna started their career in 2002 as a Freelance Video Editor at Viacom. In 2005, they transitioned to the education sector, working as a Middle School Teacher at Orange County Public Schools until 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they served as a High School Social Studies Teacher at the same institution. In 2014, Donna joined Orange County Public Schools as an Instructional Support staff member, where they remained until 2017. Donna then worked as a Customer Success Coach at Hero K12 from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined SchoolMint as a Lead Customer Success Manager, and later became the Manager of Core Enterprise Onboarding until 2022. Currently, Donna is a Customer Success Manager at Minitab since November 2022.

Donna Wagner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio and Television from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 2013, they completed a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Stetson University. During the same year, they also obtained certifications in Educational Leadership and Social Science Teaching (grades 6-12) from the Florida Department of Education.
