Jim Oskins is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Minitab since 2020, Oskins helps customers evaluate needs and integrate appropriate information and computer systems through products and services. Previously, Oskins held multiple leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation from 2006 to 2020, including Global OpEx Leader responsible for implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies globally. Oskins also has engineering experience from positions at Lear Corporation and Delphi, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Systems from the University of Michigan.
