Paul Engle has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles. Paul is currently working as the Global Director of Partnerships at Minitab, where they are responsible for designing and implementing partner programs to create client-first engagements in target industries. Prior to this, they worked as the Market Development & Sales Manager at Salford Systems, a Minitab Company specializing in machine learning technologies.
Before joining Salford Systems, Paul held multiple roles at Minitab, including Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Global Sales, Director of Commercial Sales, and Western Region Sales Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic direction, planning, and execution to maximize market share and profits, as well as leading sales teams and expanding sales through direct and indirect channels.
Paul's early career includes a role as International Division Manager at Overhead Door Corporation.
Paul Engle has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs (Business) from Penn State University. Paul also holds a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. In addition, they completed the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Paul is a Certified LSS Black Belt, having obtained this certification from SSA - Six Sigma Academy. Paul has also completed a Certificate Program in Design of Experiments from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Certificate Program in Reducing Variation with Statistical Process Control from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Paul Engle holds the certification of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from SSA & Company, which they obtained in 2007.
