Val L.

Val L. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2022. They started their career at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown as an Office Assistant and a resident director before becoming an Editorial Assistant for Pennsylvania History. Val then worked as a Customer Service Associate at JCPenney and a Sales Associate at Crate & Barrel. They later joined The Equity Engineering Group, where they held roles as a Documentation Specialist and a Client Documentation Manager. Val also worked as an Administrative Specialist at Mission Critical Partners, LLC and a Graduate Program Coordinator at Penn State University. Currently, Val is a Customer Order Administrator at Minitab. Throughout their career, Val has demonstrated strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Val L. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 2005 to 2009. They have also obtained additional certifications such as Fundamentals of Management from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in December 2017, ISO 9001 Internal Auditing from Cornerstone Engineering, Training, and Consulting in July 2013, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in September 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
