Micky Chen is the CEO & Founder of Minite, where they have hired 18,000 early talents based on data. They are also a guest lecturer at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Prior to this, they founded BOXY and worked at Salesforce as an Account Executive. Micky is also the Co-Founder of The New Fashion Society and has a background in Information Systems and International Business Administration.
