Founded by Sue Binney in 2018 Minka Blue Disability Services is a small independent company that offers services in NSW, currently predominantly serving the Bathurst region. 

As a parent to a child with disability, Sue became involved in the NDIS scheme to be the change she wished to see within the disability sector. It is Minka Blue’s goal to offer the support that Australians living with disabilities need in order to live well and with agency. 

Minka Blue Disability Services offers in-home care and short-term accommodation (respite care) as well as activity classes and life-skills training from their Hub in Bathurst. 

Our objective is to create wonderful home based services in disability care based on our lived experiences in caring for our families and extended community. We provide support to help people with disabilities maintain their independence so that they can have a lifestyle they want. We run our programs with honesty and integrity.
