Tim Rush

Tim Rush is currently a Communications & Training Specialist III at the Minnesota Department of Management and Budget, where they produce and deliver training on payroll-related topics for the state's agencies. Previously, Tim has held various training roles, including positions at Cargill, SUPERVALU, Allianz Life, and MoneyGram International, where they developed and delivered training programs tailored to diverse audiences. Tim's educational background includes studies in Journalism and Public Relations at Texas Christian University, as well as Spanish language and history at the Spanish Institute. In addition to their professional roles, Tim serves as the Chair of The Preserve Reserve Investment Fund.
