Patrick Rees

Patrick Rees currently serves as the Chief Communications Officer for the Minnesota Timberwolves, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Patrick held the role of Senior Vice President of Communications at MSG Sports from March 2022 to January 2023. Patrick's extensive experience in sports communications includes serving as Vice President of Communications and Senior Director of Public Relations for the Philadelphia 76ers from September 2017 to March 2022, Director of Basketball Communications for the Washington Wizards from September 2012 to September 2017, and Public Relations Manager for the Brooklyn Nets from September 2008 to September 2012. Patrick Rees earned a BA in Broadcast Communications and French from Elon University, graduating in 2005.
