Abe Edson, MS, CSCS, PES, currently serves as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Minnesota Wild since July 2024. Prior experience includes Strength and Conditioning Coach roles with the Springfield Thunderbirds (July 2020 - July 2024) and the San Antonio Rampage (July 2018 - July 2020), as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach position at Prentiss Hockey Performance in June 2017. Edson began their career as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with the Bakersfield Condors in late 2016 and was a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Penn State University from May 2015 to April 2016. Edson holds a Master's degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University.
