Randall Ross

Randall Ross joined Minnetronix Medical in 2020 as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, he has responsibility for the strategic direction of the company’s Human Capital including programs focused on talent, leadership development, culture and total rewards.

Randall had over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources for health care, technology, manufacturing, and retail. He worked as Chief Human Resources Officer at American Medical Systems. He also served as an HR leader at Target, Best Buy, TCF Financial Services, Midwest Dental Services, and G&K Services.

Randall attended the University of Iowa graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and Human Resource Management. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Minnesota.
