Sarah Schmid

Sarah Schmid has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Sarah currently holds the position of Sr. Supply Chain Manager at Minnetronix, Inc., where they also worked as a Purchasing Manager. Previously, they worked at 3M for over 20 years, holding various roles including Global Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Business Transformation Lead, Supply Chain General Supervisor, Supply Chain Supervisor, and Supply Chain Analyst. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in managing supply chain activities, overseeing inventory control, implementing process improvements, and developing employees. Sarah has also been involved in projects related to procurement, production planning, and lean manufacturing. Sarah is Green Belt Trained and has experience leading project teams.

From 1995 to 1999, Sarah Schmid attended Iowa State University - College of Business. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelors degree in Transportation & Logistics.
