Minnie Bird is a fast-casual restaurant that’s rewriting nostalgia with a modern twist, inspired by the spirit of adventure and warmth of our founder great great grandmother, Minnie. Known for our fried chicken, dirty sodas, and free ice cream, we serve up more than just great food—we create memorable experiences with every bite.
