Masibane Matlejoane

Masibane Matlejoane is a skilled metallurgist with a robust educational background, holding an Engineer's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology. Starting as a metallurgist in training at Anglo Platinum from March 2014 to February 2015, Masibane conducted plant optimization projects and managed daily monitoring of mill operations. Subsequently, at Jubilee Metals Group PLC from February 2018 to July 2020, Masibane served as a graduate engineer, focusing on project handling, client liaison, and conducting optimization projects in PGM and Chrome plants. Currently, Masibane holds multiple roles at Minopex, including Plant Supervisor, Metallurgical Technician, and Lab Analyst, and has previous experience as a Section Supervisor. Additionally, Masibane was a teacher at the South African Department of Education from March 2016 to January 2018.
