Lucy Rand is a seasoned marketing and growth professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Growth at Minor Figures since November 2025, Lucy previously held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Nurture Life and served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at 34 Degrees. Notable accomplishments include managing the Birch Benders P&L as General Manager at Sovos Brands, creating brand strategies that facilitated a successful IPO, and leading product development efforts at Birch Benders Micro-Pancakery®. Earlier career experiences include brand management at Frontier Snacks and event marketing at Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt and Bikes Belong Coalition. Lucy holds a BA in History and Religious Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
