The Finance Team at Minor Figures manages the company's financial health, from budgeting and financial planning (led by the Head of FP&A) to financial reporting and compliance. The CFO oversees strategic financial decisions, while the Finance Manager and Assistant Management Accountant handle day-to-day accounting tasks and support financial operations, ensuring the company remains fiscally responsible while growing its cold brew coffee market.
