John Allen

John Allen is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional with a strong background in production management and consulting. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Minova since May 2022, John previously worked as a Manufacturing Consultant at Banner Management Consulting from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, John held the position of Stamping Production Manager at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. for over 26 years, from January 1995 to March 2021. John holds an Associate of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Morehead State University, completed between 1990 and 1992.
