Raid Ruut

Raid Ruut is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Global Financial Controller at Minova since September 2018, Ruut is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the CFO on financial objectives and overseeing group financial reporting and statutory audits. Previously, as Group Financial Controller at Alandia Engineering, Ruut established finance functions across multiple entities globally. Ruut's career at GlaxoSmithKline plc spanned 17 years, where roles included Group Finance Manager and Finance Director, leading strategic projects and teams. Early career experiences include positions at United Motors AS and Toyota Corporation Baltics, focusing on service management and dealer network development, respectively. Ruut holds an MSc in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Tartu.
