Ryan Bash, CFA, serves as the Head of Treasury at Minova since July 2023, with prior experience as Head of Treasury at Sweetwater Royalties LLC and Treasurer at Great Western Petroleum, LLC. With a robust background in treasury functions, Ryan managed teams in cash management, debt management, and insurance while fostering relationships with banking partners and legal teams. Previous roles include Director of Treasury at OmniTRAX, Inc., Treasury Manager at First Data Corporation, Treasury Risk Analyst at Leprino Foods, Finance Associate at The Blackstone Group, and Tax Accountant at Ernst & Young. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Lehigh University, as well as a Master's Degree in Innovation and Industrial Management from the University of Gothenburg.
