Michele Lepore is the founder and CEO of Sicurezza 4.0, a startup at Sapienza Università di Roma, focusing on innovative workplace safety applications. Since 2017, they have served as an honorary consultant for the Polizia di Stato and hold multiple roles as the Responsible for Prevention and Protection Services at various organizations, including Ama S.p.A. and Minsait. Previously, they served as the Italian Government representative on the Board of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work from 2009 to 2013, and they have held academic positions at universities including Università LUMSA and Sapienza Università di Roma. Michele is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law at Sapienza Università di Roma and has received a two-year scholarship in Socio-Legal Sciences from Istituto Luigi Sturzo di Roma.
