Freddy Pantoja

Freddy Pantoja, CIA, CISA, MBA, currently serves as an Internal Audit Specialist at Minsur S.A., overseeing the whistleblowing line for Peru and Brazil while providing consultancy, training, and integrity prevention across the organization. With extensive experience in internal audit roles, Freddy has previously worked at Marcobre on the Mina Justa mining project, and held a General Member Board position at Colegio Peruano Norteamericano Abraham Lincoln, where responsibilities included developing a management philosophy framework and a directive plan for capital investments. Freddy's career also includes significant roles at Minsur S.A. and Telefónica Group, where responsibilities encompassed planning and executing internal audits across various sectors, safeguarding assets, and enhancing revenue assurance processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and international diplomas in Mining Business Management and Financial Risk Management.
