Rocío León

Rocío León is a Líder de Transformación at Minsur S.A. with a background in industrial engineering, holding a bachelor's degree from the Universidad de Lima. Rocío has amassed extensive experience in process improvement and production engineering, having worked at Alicorp in various roles from Ingeniero de Producción to Jefe de Mejora Continua. Prior to Minsur, Rocío also gained valuable insights through roles at Corporación Lindley, Backus, and Kimberly-Clark. In addition to professional experience, Rocío completed an international master's degree in Supply Chain Management from EAE Business School and a diploma in process management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
