Jack Saumby is the founder and president of Mint Condition Franchising, Inc. They founded Maintenance World in 1987 and grew it into the 8th largest commercial cleaning company in the Charlotte, NC metro area before it was converted to Mint Condition Franchising, Inc. in 1996. They expanded into Master Franchising in 2005 and national expansion of the Master Franchise Program in 2008. They earned a BA in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
