MINT Memory Clinic is a not-for-profit that builds capacity for high-quality dementia care through standardized nationally-accredited training in primary care and in collaboration with specialists and community care.

We integrate primary care, specialist care and community agencies to build capacity, make better use of resources, and deliver high-quality, patient-centred dementia care that’s close to home.

More than an education program, a training program, it is a system change.  We create highly functioning collaborative teams that approach dementia care in a very different way.  It’s a cultural change, a process change, a system change.
