David Glickman, a Los Angeles native, studied entrepreneurial management at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania before earning a master’s degree in psychology from UCLA.
After completing his studies, Glickman began his career in Buenos Aires with American Express in Marketing and Operations. During his time in Argentina, he identified a way to cut international calling costs by 75%, which led him to launch Justice Technology Corp. After returning to the U.S., Justice quickly rose to become the fastest-growing company in the country, ranking #1 on the INC 500 list. Building on that success, he went on to establish TelePacific, growing its valuation to more than half a billion dollars within three years. Today, TelePacific remains the largest California-based phone company. Over the years, Glickman has founded or co-founded multiple successful telecom ventures, including Hometown Telecom, FreeConference.com, and Ultra Mobile, which has become the fastest-growing nationwide wireless carrier.
